Equipped with the most advanced sensor technology that can be found in all Ninestars trash cans, this trash can features an infrared sensor that can detect hand or debris movement within ten inches or a 130° angle. The lid automatically opens when triggered and remains open as long as the sensor detects movement. Three seconds after the hand moves away from the lid, it will close automatically, ensuring a touch-free experience.

Power lasting up to 6 months in normal daily use, this trash can also includes a ring liner to keep the trash bag hidden from view for a clean appearance. Please note that the older version of this model used 4 D batteries but has now been discontinued in favor of the 3 C batteries required for this model (not included).
